Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensuring Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
- Drive our TA Tech teams' talent attraction strategies, from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, and closing.
- Drive expectation-setting conversations, leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders.
- Engage and coach hiring managers.
- Be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience.
- Collaborate with our global talent acquisition team to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective.
- At least 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
- Experience working with a high growth staff plan in a KPI-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision both verbally and in writing.
- Experience collaborating and advising senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-first approach.
- User-first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs and perspectives of stakeholders.
