Overview

The CSI Alliances Executive for Northern Europe plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key Consulting firms and Systems Integrators. This position is crucial in driving 3DS software revenue through the provision of enterprise consulting and software implementation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop selected partners committed to building consulting and system integration capabilities around 3DS solutions to increase 3DS software revenue and market share through a partnering model.
  • Develop and facilitate joint industry and strategic initiative integrated alliance business and supporting marketing, campaign, offering, enablement, and sales plans for selected partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.
  • Collaborate with CSI partners and 3DS direct sales organization to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account-selling strategies, actively track joint sales pipeline, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual software targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and ensure adherence to 3DS Alliances and Value Engagement principles.
  • Monitor and govern partners' business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase trust, operating capability, and overall business plan success for the strategic partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven and successful field experience in sales management and implementing sales strategies.
  • Demonstrable record of developing and managing high-quality Alliance Partnerships, developing Executive relationships, and driving net new customer activity with partners, ensuring alignment to business development objectives.
  • Strong communicator with direct experience of influencing and building trusted relationships at Executive level within partners.
