Job Title: Data Center Technician

Amazon is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team in France. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining the world's largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, install, and maintain the world's largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure
  • Work on changing the face of Cloud technology in the region
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles
  • Participate in Data Center power & cooling events
  • Enforce Amazon's Security Best Practices
  • Interact with third-party vendors & contractors and other Datacenter technicians
  • Engage with Remote Hands & Eyes in EU Regional Cloudfront POPs
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix Administration
  • Network Equipment Installation and Configuration
  • Scripting: Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby (or programming languages)
