Amazon is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team in expanding our Cloud to the next level.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to work in some of the most cutting-edge data centers in the world. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep dive into Linux server issues
  • Participate in Data Center power & cooling events

You will be the Data Center point of contact for all High Severity issues, enforcing Amazon's Security Best Practices and interacting with third-party vendors & contractors and other Datacenter technicians.
