We are seeking a Subsea Package Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures, means, and tools to ensure efficient organization and operation of scheduling, progress control, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain procedures for scheduling, progress control, and reporting.
  • Define and update Work Breakdown Structures for packages.
  • Develop and update package schedules and provide analyses and simulations.
  • Monitor contractors' execution schedules and progress reports.
  • Consolidate local content man-hours for packages.

Requirements:

  • 10-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with similar large-scale projects.
  • Perfect knowledge of Primavera, schedule, and progress measurement processes.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • English as mother tongue or fluent in English.
