Your Mission
Goals
- Foster understanding of ecological practices
- Assist in activities that encourage recycling, repairing, and the use of second-hand goods
- Play a vital role in the community's ecological transition in an engaging and positive manner
Duties
- Collaborate with volunteers and professionals to create sustainable environmental programs
- Help establish the community engagement space
- Provide information on available initiatives
- Organize collective activities in the garden area
- Contribute to the committee focused on sustainable development
- Aid volunteers in strategizing future projects
- Participate in monthly Repair Café gatherings
This role offers invaluable professional experience within a diverse team and the chance to connect with various community members.
Essential Skills
Taking initiative is crucial for proposing and executing eco-friendly projects.
Training Requirements
All participants must possess PSC1 certification, civic and citizenship training, along with opportunities for knowledge sharing with fellow volunteers.
Support and Mentorship
You will receive guidance from the eco-citizenship coordinator at the social center.
