Position OverviewAUTONOMY serves as the platform for subscribing to and managing credit insurance contracts. This application encompasses various phases of the subscription process, including the input of prospect questionnaires, customer evaluations, contract pricing, and management of commercial underwriting exceptions, as well as contract management tasks such as activation, endorsement/renewal management, and termination.
A key feature of this tool is its ability to select contractual clauses tailored to the prospect's requirements. AUTONOMY is integrated with CLAUSE BOOK, which houses the texts of credit insurance clauses and provides a comprehensive translation validation workflow.
Additionally, AUTONOMY connects to Contract Hub, the repository for Coface contracts and their technical variables for Java/J2EE applications. It receives XML data flows from contract management tools across various Coface entities globally, ensuring data backup, functional validation of contract flows, and information return to other applications.
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Analyst to contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of our IT solutions. Previous experience as a confirmed developer is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:Needs Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Solution Design:
- Devise innovative and effective technical solutions to address identified needs.
- Ensure compatibility and integration of solutions with existing systems.
Development and Implementation:
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and development expertise to project teams.
Testing and Validation:
- Create and execute test plans to guarantee the quality and performance of implemented solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
Support and Maintenance:
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with support teams to address technical issues.
- Proficiency in both oral and written English and French.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in software development (previously confirmed developer).
- Thorough understanding of development methodologies and software lifecycle.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis and solution design.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of SQL and technical skills are essential; knowledge of Java is a plus.
