Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to become a vital part of our team at Arkema's corporate headquarters. Within the FP&A division, your primary focus will be on evaluating essential performance metrics for the Executive Committee. This position requires collaboration with a diverse team of 10 professionals, emphasizing a global perspective. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the monthly financial closing activities;
  • Conducting performance analysis (Cash Flow, Profit & Loss) for the Executive Committee;
  • Collaborating on the budgeting process with Business Units FP&A and Regional Finance Directors;
  • Enhancing FP&A processes to boost efficiency and reporting capabilities;
  • Delivering cross-departmental analysis to facilitate informed decision-making;
  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and FP&A protocols.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in finance and FP&A roles within multinational organizations;
Proficiency in English to communicate effectively in a diverse environment;
Strong technical expertise, with familiarity in Onestream, SAP-BFC, SAP, and PowerBi preferred;
A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
