Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) process at the global and enterprise level. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Implementation: Define and own the O2C process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure process definition alignment with the enterprise vision.
  • Process Operations and Optimization: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of O2C Operations to internal customers, handle queries and escalations, and drive innovation and implementation of new technologies to improve the O2C process.
