We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Field Engineer to join our team in Northern France. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers in the region. Your primary focus will be on the product line Gauging for Thickness and Basis Weight Measurement, with opportunities to extend to other product lines and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver service commitments, including field installations, repairs, data analysis, and calibrations.
- Provide remote technical support and training to customers.
- Responsible for service reporting, documentation, and creation of protocols to specification.
Requirements
- Three years of work experience in technical services.
- One year field service experience or strong service knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for electromechanical, software, and application issues.
- Proficient in English and French.
- PC literacy, including MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
