About the Role

Forsk S.A.S. is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join its team, providing technical assistance to customers using its RF planning & optimisation software, Atoll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, phone, and our online portal.
  • Analyse customer problem reports, collaborating with our testing and R&D teams to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with sales and R&D teams to understand customer needs and ensure effective support.
  • Provide assistance to distributors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on Atoll software updates and wireless technologies.
Requirements
  • A strong background in wireless telecommunications, with experience in radio planning software.
  • Fluency in French and English, as well as excellent customer service skills.
  • Location: Forsk headquarters in Toulouse, France.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
