We are seeking a highly skilled User Researcher and Experience Designer to join our Product Design team at Air Liquide Digital & IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting user-centric research and developing actionable insights to inform our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Research and Synthesis: Formulate user-centric and research-based insights and recommendations to support our partners' decision-making process and guide design teams.
- Target Experience Definition: Define target experiences that take into account the needs, motivations, and aspirations of users and solution providers.
- Visual Thinking: Embodiment of findings and recommendations through visual artifacts to engage and align internal partners towards a shared vision.
- Project Lead: Lead multiple strategic projects and initiatives with a high level of autonomy, guiding junior practitioners and managing stakeholders.
- Business Design: Support the definition of strategic business challenges and figure out how to create, deliver, and capture value with evidence-based approaches.
- Education: Master's degree in Design (Strategic Design, User Research, Service Design, Interaction Design), Humanities, Innovation Management, or a related academic field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in corporate environments, consulting, agencies, or startups with direct interactions with clients and internal business partners.
- Technical Skills: Conduct rigorous user research, define actionable insights, create targeted experiences, and model engaging visual artifacts.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confidently lead multiple projects, manage stakeholders in international contexts, and demonstrate good communication and synthesis skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
