About the Role
As a Cloud Services Director, you will lead Axway's cloud delivery teams for the EMEA region. You will be responsible for driving business processes to improve, implement, support, and adjust delivery models in the software services industry. This role involves managing a team of cloud delivery engineers, working directly with customers and executives, and actively participating in sales cycles to assist sales teams in driving new service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the business and operations for Axway's cloud delivery operations.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery performance, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction of managed cloud delivery teams.
- Define the functional, organizational, system, and process model to enable successful managed cloud delivery for Axway's customers.
- Analyze cost components and define mechanisms to reduce delivery costs while maintaining high quality.
- Lead and develop a team of talented cloud engineers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; a graduate degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of hands-on enterprise software operational experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience within the software industry.
- In-depth knowledge of B2Bi and MFT, with technical consulting experience being a plus.
- Proven project management skills, including managing multiple concurrent projects and consultant teams.
