Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to enhance our Botify Activation product suite. This innovative suite addresses Search Engine Optimization (SEO) challenges automatically for our clients, acting as a bridge between large enterprise websites and search engines. The successful candidate will possess technical SEO expertise and experience collaborating with data science teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch innovative features utilizing AI and automation to achieve measurable business outcomes through SEO.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for our customers within your area of responsibility.
  • Evaluate and prioritize optimal solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Contribute to the overarching product roadmap, refining feature concepts to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and data scientists to define solutions, assess strategies, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Draft feature specifications within an Agile framework.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives alongside sales and product marketing teams.
  • Analyze usage metrics and report on project and feature performance.

Our approach to product development is iterative and intelligent, with development cycles that include frequent staging and production deployments as the product matures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical SEO.
  • At least 2 years of experience collaborating with engineering teams, including drafting clear specifications, making strategic trade-offs, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to engage with end-users and integrate user research findings into product development.
  • Data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to utilize data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a capacity to align diverse viewpoints and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding startup environment.
