About the Role:
Ecolab is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our profitable and sustainable growth. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in developing our talents, shaping a positive culture, and contributing to making Ecolab a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist top and middle management in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development.
- Manage several key areas for the divisions/departments, including talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Drive talent management for assigned business units by implementing talent plans to increase quality and depth in the talent employed by the business.
- Lead long-range strategic planning on change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Empower people leaders with the performance management structure and tools to develop critical individual performance metrics that drive the performance of individuals and the business unit's position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other related area.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Advisor, HR Generalist.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Digital savviness, team player, and deeply rooted can-do attitude.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
