Strategic HR Partner for Global Business Growth

Impactful Role at Ecolab: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to drive our 4-pillar HR strategy in France. This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a meaningful difference in our organization's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support top and middle management in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of talent assessment and talent development activities.
- Manage key areas such as talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits for assigned business units.
- Drive talent management by implementing talent plans to increase quality and depth in employed talent, focusing on leadership, employee development, and securing future business growth.
- Lead long-range strategic planning on change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Empower people leaders with performance management structures and tools to develop critical individual performance metrics driving individual and business unit performance.
- Ensure our business values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels, clarifying employee conduct necessary for realizing an engaging, high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in human resources as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Digital savviness, team player, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
