Vos responsabilités en tant que Marketing Brand Strategist :

  • Création et rédaction de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux des différentes entités, en respectant un calendrier de publication et une charte éditoriale.
  • Participation à la conception de contenus variés (vidéos, carrousels, filtres, stories).
  • Animation et modération des interactions sur les réseaux sociaux.
  • Analyse des performances et reporting des indicateurs d'audience et d'engagement.
  • Veille stratégique : identification de nouveaux formats, tendances et usages sur les réseaux sociaux.
  • Conception de supports visuels, affiches, flyers et autres outils de communication.
  • Rédaction de newsletters et de communiqués de presse sur l'actualité et les événements de la destination.

Conditions de travail :

  • Poste basé en mode hybride.
  • Travail du lundi au vendredi, avec des périodes de travail de 8 heures.
  • Repos le week-end.
  • En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec une présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois.
  • En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+3, en cours de master en marketing digital ou équivalent.
  • Maîtrise des outils de graphisme (PAO, CANVA, etc.).
  • Excellente connaissance des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Esprit d'équipe, curiosité et créativité.
  • Compétences en ski ou snowboard.
  • Une connaissance du secteur des stations de montagne ou du tourisme serait un atout.
