Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Strategist to join our Group Strategy, Marketing & Transformation Department. As a key member of our Marketing & Sales Ops Team, you will support our subsidiaries in accelerating their growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze marketing performance levers to optimize our marketing automation strategies
  • Develop and implement action plans to help our countries accelerate their growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and share best practices with our Digital Marketing Communities
  • Perform business intelligence strategic analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Prepare and present insights to our countries to help them scale their marketing lead generation and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, or data science)
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or business consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM, content strategy, and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus
