We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team as a Night Ambassador at Charles de Gaulle Airport. As a Night Ambassador, you'll be the face of citizenM, providing exceptional service to our guests and making their stay unforgettable.
What You'll Do:- Deliver Warm Welcomes: Greet guests as they arrive, making them feel at home.
- Be a Multitasking Master: Handle various tasks, from customer service to concierge duties, with ease and a smile.
- Prepare and Serve Delicious Food and Drinks: Craft perfect cappuccinos, mix signature cocktails, and prepare hot and cold meals to satisfy our guests' cravings.
- Be a City Insider: Share your knowledge of the city, recommending the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party.
- Keep the Living Room Spotless: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle Reservations and Operations: Manage reservations, perform night audits, and oversee hotel operations during your shift.
- Be a Problem-Solver: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
