About the Role
We are seeking a Night Ambassador to join our team at citizenM Paris - Charles de Gaulle Airport. As a Night Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of amazing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm welcomes to guests and ensure they have a smooth check-in experience
- Assist guests with any requests or queries they may have
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals
- Brew delicious coffee and mix signature cocktails
- Act as a concierge, providing guests with recommendations and information about the local area
- Maintain the living room and cleaning areas, ensuring they are clean and tidy
- Handle reservations and manage the property management system
- Be responsible for operations during the night shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a positive experience
