DR Copywriter Needed

About Kendago: is a leading global digital advertising firm that specializes in direct response marketing strategies. We are on the lookout for a talented and innovative copywriter to become a vital part of our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining promotional content for some of the most successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in the industry.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should...

  1. Be a native of the USA:
    Have a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and preferences specific to the US market.
  2. Exhibit critical thinking and creativity:
    Demonstrate the ability to think critically and creatively to produce engaging copy.
  3. Possess a strong portfolio:
    Provide evidence of a successful history in writing promotional D2C funnel sales copy, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs).
  4. Have extensive knowledge of funnel optimization and customer lifetime value:
    Show expertise in enhancing sales funnels and developing strategies to improve customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  5. Understand the principles of direct response marketing:
    Display a solid grasp of direct response marketing principles, objectives, and metrics.
  6. Demonstrate excellent writing and grammar skills:
    Show proficiency in English writing and grammar to ensure high-quality communication.
  7. Be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking:
    Effectively prioritize tasks, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  1. Flexible work arrangement:
    Work remotely with the potential for transitioning to a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the CRO team:
    Work alongside the Conversion Rate Optimization team to improve the sales funnels of leading DTC brands.
  3. Conduct thorough research:
    Perform comprehensive research on target audiences, products/brands, pricing strategies, offers, and the buyer journey.
  4. Organize tasks and meet deadlines:
    Efficiently manage and organize tasks to ensure timely completion according to project timelines.
  5. Generate creative concepts:
    Develop innovative ideas and compelling hooks to engage the target audience effectively.
  6. Ensure quality through proofreading:
    Maintain accuracy and quality by meticulously proofreading all written materials.
  7. Utilize project management tools:
    Navigate project management platforms, Google Docs & Sheets, and Slack for effective collaboration.
