Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a seasoned Data Architecture Chapter Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge data architecture strategies and solutions. As a key member of the Tech Data & Analytics team, you will lead a team of 20+ data architects in shaping the company's data architecture landscape.
Your mission will be to define and implement comprehensive data architecture strategies, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions, leveraging expertise in Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining chapter agendas and strategies aligned with global vision and ambitions
- Managing chapter members, ensuring optimal resource allocation and conflict resolution
- Driving chapter community management, knowledge sharing, and innovation
- Providing expertise and guidance to chapter members on data architecture best practices
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing key cross-products and domains
- Developing key metrics to monitor performance and quality of services delivered
Requirements include:
- 8-10 years of experience in data architecture, with a strong background in cloud technologies
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and ways of working
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Databricks
