Position Overview: We are in search of a results-oriented Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions through strategic partnerships across Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, collaboratively developing their sales strategies and transformation plans to foster sustainable growth in the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
  • Manage high-level executive relationships and oversee the global ecosystem to facilitate enterprise business transformation.
  • Formulate mid and long-term revenue growth strategies for designated accounts.
  • Lead the extended team, including Value Added Reseller partners, to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction through a business consulting approach.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-Level executives and partner teams, guiding joint business success and understanding the dynamics of indirect business partnerships.
  • Oversee partner transformation and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales plans for both on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic development plan of partners by co-designing go-to-market strategies that align with Dassault Systèmes' growth objectives.
  • Develop revenue sourcing and marketing plans based on targeted initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS and cloud management solutions, ideally within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Over 7 years of experience in selling software solutions to large clients through partner channels.
  • Experience in managing sales teams or in a business consulting capacity is advantageous.
  • Proficient in managing indirect business relationships.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.
  • Adept at collaborating within cross-functional teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with partners.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are beneficial.
