What We Do
At Doctolib, we're building innovative products and features to simplify doctors' and patients' lives every day. We're seeking a talented Engineering Manager in Niort to join our Clinical and Financial domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a fast-growing company and contribute to transforming healthcare.
Your Role as Engineering Manager:
You'll be a technical leader and people manager, guiding and developing your team members while building an exceptional engineering organization at Doctolib. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of full-stack developers;
- Driving team performance and career growth;
- Ensuring business objectives are met through team performance;
- Empowering your team to create better products;
- Setting the team's roadmap and overseeing production, quality, and delivery;
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to the team's technical expertise;
- Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives to enhance the engineering team;
- Partnering with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
Who You Are:
We're looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams. If you're eager to work with our tech stack (React, Ruby, and Rust) and have a passion for developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Details:
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Niort, with a hybrid working arrangement (2/3 days per week in the office). We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
