Our Engineering Team
At Doctolib, we are building innovative products and features to ease doctors' and patients' lives every day. We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager in Niort to join our Clinical and Financial domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a fast-growing company and contribute to transforming healthcare.
Your Role as Engineering Manager
You will be a technical leader and people manager, coaching and training your team members while building an amazing engineering organization at Doctolib. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of full-stack developers;
- Managing and growing the performance and career of your team;
- Ensuring business objectives are met as a team, by driving performance of each team member;
- Empowering your team to build better products;
- Setting the roadmap for your team, and being the end-to-end owner of the team's production, quality, and delivery;
- Participating in code reviews and being hands-on if required;
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team;
- Partnering with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team;
- Eagerness to be hands-on with our stack: we use React, Ruby, and Rust (and we are happy to help you ramp up);
- Understanding the value of testing your code;
- Ability to adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues;
- Proven experiences developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products;

Job Details
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Niort, with a hybrid working mode (2/3 days per week in the office). We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
