Position Overview
As part of the Aximum Security team in Portet-sur-Garonne, you will collaborate closely with a Site Manager and a Works Manager. Your journey will commence as an apprentice in road construction, where you will acquire foundational skills in our industry and gradually evolve into a leadership role on construction sites, ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Enforcing safety protocols.
- Preparing for site operations: assisting in resource evaluation, task distribution among team members, and managing the receipt and verification of essential supplies for project completion.
- Arranging site layout and overseeing equipment installation.
- Conducting technical assessments during project execution, offering technical assistance to teams, and monitoring work progress against the execution timeline.
- Providing technical and organizational supervision to the team: managing tool allocation...
- Finalizing site operations: ensuring all site equipment (machinery, fuel, leftover materials, waste, site facilities...) is properly packed up and contributing to administrative management tasks...

Qualifications
As a holder of a Vocational Baccalaureate or BTS in Public Works, you are characterized by your diligence and motivation, with a familiarity with the Public Works sector and strong organizational skills. You exhibit analytical thinking, effective listening, and interpersonal skills. A B driving license is preferred but not essential during the apprenticeship.
