Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Boulanger. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the flow of products, including reordering, inventory management, and product placement, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Sell associated services, such as product initiation, installation, and warranties, as well as accessories and spare parts.
- Participate in product demonstrations, animations, and other sales-related activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a welcoming and attractive store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive issue resolution and follow-up.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
