With a network of procurement experts and digital teams, we aim to streamline procurement operations and become the preferred procurement solution for the hospitality industry.
Digital Change Management SpecialistThe Group Procurement Office has prioritized digital transformation to enhance internal processes and simplify procurement for Accor hotels and partners. This role will support local procurement teams in implementing change management strategies and driving adoption of new digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to developing and executing change management strategies for tool deployments
- Support the Change Management team by centralizing knowledge, processes, and best practices for successful digital transformation
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Digital Corporate team and local procurement teams to maximize adoption of evolving procurement tools
Support Project Teams in Building Their Change Management Strategy:
- Assist Digital teams in implementing new change management approaches and methodologies
- Develop engaging communication and training materials (presentations, guides, videos) to upskill stakeholders on new digital solutions
- Establish efficient feedback mechanisms, track collected feedback, and follow up with relevant stakeholders on action items
Support Local Procurement Teams in Tool Roll-Out:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for new digital tools
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to local teams during tool adoption
- Monitor tool usage and identify areas for improvement
