Job Summary
The ESRF is seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to coordinate the recruitment process for PhD students. As a key member of the ESRF team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and the ESRF community.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the application process, and conduct interviews to select the most suitable candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the integration of new PhD students, ensuring a seamless transition into the ESRF community.
- Program Implementation: Support the development and implementation of the PhD training program, working closely with the ESRF team to ensure its success.
Requirements
- Education: Higher university degree (Master or equivalent 300 ECTS diploma) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar recruitment function, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Team spirit, structure, listening, and communication skills, with proficiency in English (working language at the ESRF) and good knowledge of French.
Working Conditions
The salary will be calculated on the basis of relevant qualifications and professional experience. The ESRF offers a competitive compensation and allowances package, including financial support for relocation to Grenoble.
