CIMMYT is a leading international organization dedicated to solving global agricultural challenges. We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team in New Delhi, India.
Job SummaryThe Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support the Senior Specialist, Compensation, and Benefits in fulfilling corresponding activities of compensation and benefits research, analysis, job evaluation, and talent management support. The successful candidate will provide analysis and recommendations to HR Management, including detailed cost analysis, monitoring of the salary mass, benchmarks, and market-specific compensation and benefits practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analysis and recommendations to HR Management on compensation and benefits strategies.
- Support the salary review process, including augmentation mechanisms, C&B practices by country/staff category.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to establish C&B practices aligned with Talent Management strategies.
- Support the development and proposal of compensation and benefit schemes, including salary scales and benefit levels.
- Conduct job evaluation processes and support personnel management strategies.
- Support HR management and HR administrative teams in decision-making processes.
- Manage the Compensation and Benefits sections in the ERP (Dynamics HRM) and ensure accuracy in the organizational hierarchy.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B-related topics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, or similar field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including past 5 years in Compensation and Benefits Management.
- Advanced level of MS Office Suite and experience with MS Dynamics is desirable.
- Fluent and effective communication skills in English at all levels.
CIMMYT offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The position is for an initial fixed term of twelve (12) months, after which further employment is subject to performance and the continued availability of funds.
