Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and structure the Management Control Division (comprising 8 team members);
- Guarantee the timely generation of financial reports and data;
- Offer assistance to Directors and their respective sales teams;
- Manage the administrative and financial framework, adapting it continually to departmental changes;
- Be accountable for financial and administrative procedures;
- Engage in enhancing the information system;
- Lead interdisciplinary projects, particularly focusing on tool and process enhancements;
- Prepare documentation for auditors.
Candidate Profile:
Possessing a finance-oriented background with a minimum of a Bac +5 or equivalent from a business institution, you bring at least 7 years of experience in management control. You have previously held a leadership role, directly overseeing a minimum of 2 individuals.
Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Your enthusiasm for management is evident, and you are recognized for your leadership and mentoring capabilities.
