We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Consultant to join our team at DuPont Sustainable Solutions. As a key member of our operations consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex projects and work streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Contribute to sales efforts by developing high-quality proposals and solutions designs, and participating in client business development meetings.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, developing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
- Engage with clients through meetings and interviews, building trust and delivering practical solutions to drive business results.
- Develop and lead the development of high-quality presentations and documents to support client engagements.
- Conduct interviews, field observations, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Design and deliver training, coaching, and workshops to clients to drive business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or master's degree in engineering or a business-related field.
- Prior management consulting experience and work experience in one of our core industries.
- Experience working within project teams and leading project work streams.
- Exceptional analytical and formalization skills, with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with fluency in a third European language highly desirable.
