Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage team performance, including sales, customer service, and operational metrics
- Operations and Logistics:
- Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales, customer service, and operational metrics
- Provide regular reports to management on store performance and areas for improvement
Requirements
