Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Safety Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a Quality and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct quality and safety audits and inspections.
  • Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs for quality and safety personnel.
  • Monitor and report on quality and safety metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
