Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial and commercial performance, delivering targets and enabling effective decision-making.
  • Partner with senior executives to understand financial results and business KPIs, driving performance and maximizing opportunities across the P&L.
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, managing the business against those barometers and reporting actual results.
  • Be the finance owner and expert on commercial contracts, large-scale distribution deals, and rights agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including distributors and rightsholders.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reviews for divisional and central stakeholders, analyzing financial performance against benchmarks and highlighting risks, opportunities, and insights.

You'll have:

  • Senior-level experience in finance, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on strategic decisions, influencing major partner deal negotiations, and product pricing recommendations.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment under short timelines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong relationships.
  • Experience in a subscription business, with a detailed understanding of acquisition, churn, and ARPU metrics.
