Senior Strategic Designer, Platinion

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Designer to join our Platinion team. As a Senior Strategic Designer, you will work closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define design strategies, and collaborate with our case team members to transform client potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end strategic design solutions, including service design, design research, and conceptual development.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with our product management, engineering, architecture, and consulting teams to ensure a shared understanding and adoption of human-centered design.
- Communicate ideas using design techniques, including product concepts, service models, customer journeys, and iteratively design to test and refine disruptive products and services.
- Establish and introduce best practice design processes to our client's individual product and service lifecycles.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end strategic design, including human-centered design activities.
- Strong knowledge of research methods and frameworks, user interface standards, tools, and industry guidelines.
- Ability to reference best practices and design patterns and solve complex problems and novel interface challenges.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
- Visual communication skills, using sketching and other tools to articulate thoughts about complex problems, datasets, or experimentation.
- Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in research techniques and strategic/service design techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational skills, self-motivation, and resourcefulness coupled with a creative mindset, presence, and gravitas.
- A Bachelor or Master's degree with above-average academic performance in a design-related discipline.
