Creative Leadership Director for France, Benelux, and Italy

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

As the Creative Leadership Director at Oatly, you will spearhead innovative strategies across the France, Benelux, and Italy markets. This position places you at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the oat drink industry while ensuring sustainability and health remain at the core of our operations.

YOUR IMPACT:

In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC), a creative powerhouse dedicated to producing groundbreaking and engaging campaigns. Your focus will be on driving brand growth through creative excellence without the traditional constraints of client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with General Managers to pinpoint market challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead a diverse team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Oatly's vision.
  • Oversee the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Champion the brand's unique voice and ensure all creative output resonates with our core values.
