Position Overview

Within a defined scope and in close collaboration with a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of Wavestone with a major client by promoting the firm's offerings to high-level stakeholders (Marketing Directors, IT Directors, Innovation Directors, HR Directors, etc.).

1/ Business Development & Client Relations

Manage and nurture client relationships with a long-term partnership mindset: Independently prospect new clients within your account; Organize and conduct client meetings alongside consulting teams to present the firm and its expertise while identifying new business opportunities; Ensure client satisfaction and implement any necessary action plans to establish a strong and lasting relationship with your clients.

2/ Complex Sales

Lead the pre-sales cycle of our consulting services in a project management approach, focusing on differentiation: client needs assessment, response strategy development, proposal writing, and client presentation; Coordinate all managers and consultants involved in responding to tenders; Negotiate commercial proposals with our clients' Purchasing Departments and secure the sale.

3/ Account Strategy

Analyze the potential of the client environment and identify priority areas for commercial investment; Define and manage commercial action plans to enhance our positioning with a specific account.

Qualifications

Seeking an end-of-studies internship, you are:

A future graduate with a Master's degree from a prestigious business or engineering school Equipped with sharp critical thinking skills, developed analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills Eager to join a close-knit team that fosters individual growth
