About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our European team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in our growth strategy in France and internationally. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue complex commercial opportunities, primarily with large French and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid pipeline of commercial opportunities and transform leads into sales
  • Build a commercial plan to achieve your objectives
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles to close deals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Sales teams of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in complex sales (Consulting Selling) with large international clients
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Experience in the HR sector, ideally in the sale of HR solutions and payroll
  • Proactive approach to prospecting and ability to close sales
  • Good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem is a plus
  • Fluent English is essential for this role

As a Sales Executive at UPTOO, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced European team, where autonomy and individual performance are valued. You will work closely with our BU Manager in France, who will support you in your onboarding and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary (between €60,000 and €80,000 per year, depending on experience) plus a variable component based on performance, as well as flexible working hours, including 2 days of remote work per week. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, meal vouchers, and a comprehensive health insurance plan.
