Position Overview

As a Lead Technical Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping the innovative technical direction of our project. Your contributions will significantly influence the game's development through the following key responsibilities:

  • Establish the technological vision for the project and oversee the technical outputs,
  • Guarantee the coherence, efficiency, scalability, modularity, and compatibility of all features,
  • Advocate for best practices in software architecture and programming throughout the project,
  • Assess current engines and tools to identify their strengths and weaknesses, recommending those that align with project goals and expectations,
  • Ensure optimal game performance and provide project teams with the necessary tools to create high-quality content,
  • Lead the technical department's development initiatives and offer mentorship to team members,
  • Serve as the primary contact for all technical discussions at the director level regarding the project.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in coding or related fields,
  • Confidence in leading technical teams and influencing technology-related decisions,
  • Strong understanding of the video game industry with prior contributions to game releases,
  • Familiarity with various game engines is essential for this role,
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in communication,
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
