About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at ENGIE. As a Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by managing contracts, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and negotiate contract clauses to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits
  • Manage confidentiality agreements and coordinate with the legal department
  • Support the procurement team in drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure contract compliance among project teams
  • Develop and deploy contract management tools to enhance project success
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of contract-related issues and disputes
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
