We operate three state-of-the-art LNG terminals in France, strategically positioned to serve as key entry points for LNG into Europe. Our facilities offer a comprehensive range of services, including unloading/loading LNG carriers, ship-to-ship transfers, truck loading, and regasification.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Specialist to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Legal Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of LNG projects by managing contractual aspects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and negotiate contract clauses with suppliers and contractors, safeguarding ENGIE's interests.
  • Develop comprehensive contractual strategies during project development phases, mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, HSE, planning, and cost control teams to ensure alignment on contractual requirements.
  • Support the procurement team in drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and legal frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract terms and obligations, fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Implement efficient contract management tools and processes to streamline operations and enhance project success.
  • Monitor contractual performance, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to minimize disruptions.
