Job Description

Coface is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our Transformation Office (TO) for a fixed-term contract of 11 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Commercial projects within the project portfolio, ensuring their execution viability, and providing a holistic view of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design of the project portfolio aligned with Coface's strategy and operational objectives.
  • Monitor and control the budget, resources, and benefits of the projects within the portfolio.
  • Communicate quarterly the status of the projects within the portfolio.
  • Improve operational excellence in project implementation across Coface through methodology development and training.
  • Support non-TO project managers and guide them in applying project management standards.
  • Evaluate value creation of projects and report project issues.
  • Ensure quality of project key deliverables and provide support on project issue solving.
Requirements
  • ~5+ years' experience in project and change management.
  • Proven strong experience in multinational/multicultural projects.
  • Excellent project management and change management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Proven coaching skills of project managers.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Good organizational skills to keep track of project progress and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to make effective decisions and anticipate risks.
  • Excellent level of French and English required.
Additional Information

Coface is an inclusive and welcoming company. This position is available for a fixed-term contract from October to August 2025. Regular remote work is possible, and a 50% transportation reimbursement is offered. Tickets restaurant are provided for each day of remote work, and an indemnity for remote work is also available.
