Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at Wipro Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and issues
  • Advise employees on French-specific labor laws and regulations
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS system
  • Support the employee life cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and leave management
  • Prepare payroll documentation and collaborate with our local payroll providers
  • Run reports, analyze data, and provide insights on existing processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, process management, or employee services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (B2 level)
  • Familiarity with French labor law framework and practices
  • Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on attitude
