We are looking for a skilled Product Content Creator to join our team at Juakali. As a Product Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing product manuals, how-to guides, and other content that distills technical information with ease and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product content that meets organizational needs
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the need for technical information and ease of understanding
  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services and translate complex information into simple and engaging formats
  • Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation database
  • Independently gather information from various departments and sources to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, process documentation, and other documents
  • Work with development and support team leads to identify all documentation repositories and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
  • Create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in owning end-to-end documentation creation processes
  • Familiarity with API documentation for REST or.NET APIs
  • Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill (from end-users to developers)
