Sales Operations Specialist Junior

EDHEC Business School is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist Junior to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a central role in optimizing sales processes, providing operational support, and ensuring the efficiency of commercial management tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales operations and reporting: Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement specific actions aimed at promoting sales.
- Manage and optimize commercial documentation and integrated content in the CRM.
- Perform in-depth analyses on the ROI of relaunch campaigns and commercial actions.
- Set up attribution models to identify high-value-added actions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of various commercial levers to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Metricize customer satisfaction and exploit results to refine commercial strategies.
- Develop and consolidate activity reports in coordination with the sales team and management for effective performance tracking.
- Participate in defining user profiles for optimal CRM usage.
- Train the sales team on CRM usage and ensure their skills development, while respecting best practices.
- Create and enrich a business knowledge base (guides, tutorials, operating procedures) on Notion to improve tool adoption and efficiency.
- Organize regular pedagogical workshops to reinforce user skills and encourage the exchange of best practices.
- Actively participate in data cleaning and regular updating in the CRM to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Participate in managing contact import and export processes to maintain database coherence.
- Participate in managing the ticketing system and resolving CRM-related issues, acting as the primary point of contact for sales users.
- Participate in technical evolution projects, innovation, and improvement of tools.
- Rationalize and optimize the use of existing tools to maximize their efficiency.
- Ensure active vigilance around new developments and trends.
- Bachelor's degree (bac+5) in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the education sector or a similar field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of a CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho...
- Tools for data processing and visualization: Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI...
- No-code tools: Notion, Airtable, Zapier... for automating tasks.
- Collaborative communication tool: Slack, Teams...
