At The Qt Company, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our EMEA frontline sales teams, providing guidance on the execution of our global sales process and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact within Sales Operations for EMEA frontline sales teams, supporting them in day-to-day activities on the Salesforce platform.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with frontline sales teams, serving as the key liaison between the sales/renewals teams and stakeholder functions.
- Communicate and maintain Qt's global sales policies locally to ensure right behaviors and alignment with corporate governance.
- Provide support to EMEA sales teams in ad hoc sales reporting and business analysis.
- Monitor the quality of deal and customer data in Qt's sales systems and drive data maintenance actions as needed.
- Contribute to Sales Operations' development work in continuous process and tools improvement.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience from e.g. sales operations or sales enablement roles, or from a frontline sales role with an interest to move towards a more supporting and technical role.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes as well as subscription-based business logic.
- Bachelor's degree from a relevant field, e.g. business or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French.
