As a Technical Support Specialist at Murex, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.
**Mission**
Within the Product Division’s Solutions for Customization domain, you will work in the Business Process Management (BPM) subdomain, overseeing the product management of two core ecosystems in the Software Platform’s back office. These ecosystems include a workflow framework and an integration framework, both of which play crucial roles in defining and running post-trade business processes and providing a programmatic experience for developing Java interfaces.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support: You will provide technical assistance to your colleagues from various offices, helping them resolve client incidents and tackle new integration challenges. This will involve collaborating with business analysts, monitoring or parametrizing applications, and supporting developers with specific needs.
- Documentation / Training: You will contribute to enriching documentation and training materials, and deliver relevant training to consultants, including those from clients.
- Product Management: You will contribute to the roadmap, help define new features, and validate their implementation.
**Your Profile**
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or a related field. Experience with technical incident management is a plus. Key skills include basic knowledge of Linux, some Java development experience, SQL skills, and familiarity with XML, JSON, and REST. Knowledge of Apache Camel, JMS, Kafka, BPMN, and XSLT is a plus. Cross-group collaboration, team player skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Good communication skills in English are required, with French being a plus.
