Murex is a global leader in fintech solutions for capital markets, with a presence in 19 offices and a team of 3,000 Murexians from over 60 nationalities. We develop, implement, and support our platform, used by banks, asset managers, corporations, and utilities worldwide. As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be part of the Solutions for Customization domain within the Product Division, focusing on the Business Process Management (BPM) subdomain. This involves overseeing the product management of two core ecosystems: a workflow framework and an integration framework. Your key responsibilities will include supporting colleagues, contributing to documentation and training, and providing inputs to the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support: Provide support to colleagues from various offices to resolve client incidents and integration challenges. Work with business analysts, monitoring or parametrizing the application, and collaborate with developers requiring specific support.
- Documentation / Training: Regularly contribute to the enrichment of documentation and training materials, and give relevant training to consultants, including clients.
- Product Management: Provide inputs to the roadmap, contribute to the definition of new features, and contribute to their validation.
Your Profile:
- Graduated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related major.
- First experience involving technical incident management is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux, Java, SQL, XML, JSON, REST, Apache Camel, JMS, Kafka, BPMN, and XSLT.
- Basic knowledge in financial instruments and market infrastructure is a plus.
- Cross-group collaborator and team player with fast learning abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and good oral and written communication skills in English, French being a plus.
