Nous recherchons actuellement, dans le cadre d'un poste en CDI :

Commercial Development Manager F/H

Avec la division Personal Care / Cosmétique, vous serez en charge de développer et de cultiver les ventes des ingrédients CRODA Beauty auprès des clients et des prospects de votre portefeuille France.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Développer de nouvelles affaires en identifiant les opportunités de vente potentielles et en suivant les nouveaux projets et les demandes d'échantillons.
  • Être support à l'équipe de vente Personal Care par la gestion des demandes échantillons, envoi de littérature, remise de prix standard, etc. de leurs comptes clients clés.
  • Maintenir à jour le CRM et le système de prévision des ventes.
  • Négocier les meilleurs accords commerciaux possibles et élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans à court et moyen terme pour les ventes de produits. Atteindre les plans/objectifs de vente conformément aux politiques commerciales (suivi des KPIs).
  • Rendre compte rapidement de l'activité (par exemple, rapports de visite sur le marché désigné), en identifiant les menaces ou les opportunités.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des plans d'amélioration dans son propre domaine.
  • Recueillir des données sur les prix du marché et le comportement des concurrents et fournir un retour d'information aux équipes de vente et de marketing concernées.
  • Assurer la liaison avec toutes les fonctions de Croda nécessaires (par exemple, les sites, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la finance, le marketing, le laboratoire d'application) afin de garantir que toutes les exigences (du client et de Croda) sont satisfaites.

Profil :

Vous possédez une formation supérieure en Chimie de type Bac +3, (idéalement orientée cosmétique), vous justifiez d'une première expérience équivalente, idéalement dans un environnement international.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise.
